Secretary Bialecki Launches Blog Affirming Massachusetts' Innovation Edge 

BOSTON - July 1, 2009 - Today, Housing and Economic Development Secretary Gregory Bialecki launched the Patrick Administration's first web-based forum where ideas and feedback can be exchanged about Massachusetts' key competitive edge - its innovation acumen.  The blog's first entry was the "Declaration of Innovation" preamble:
