Treasurer Cahill Recognizes the
July "Veteran of the Month"
July 1, 2009 - Treasurer Cahill has awarded Sergeant First Class of the United States Army, Kevin Moreira as the July recipient of “Veteran of the Month” . Sergeant Moreira joined the Army Reserve in February of 1997 and was deployed for his first tour in January 2003 to Iraq. Currently, Sergeant Moreira lives in Raynham, MA and remains in the Army Reserves.

June 30, 2009 - Treasurer Cahill and Katherine Craven, Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA) Executive Director are pleased to announce a new $100 Million investment initiative to fund 10 vocational technical high school projects in the Commonwealth.
