The Division of Capital Asset Management (DCAM) Executive Office oversees all construction and real estate management operations and policy making for the agency. The Executive Office also directs media relations, along with strategic planning efforts to improve the agency's performance, including, but not limited to, improving relations with the many client-agencies that rely on DCAM to deliver quality service.
