One of DCAM's objectives is to promote excellence in public design and construction. To advance this objective, the agency established an awards program in 1984. The Awards in Excellence Program reinforces our commitment to providing outstanding service to the citizens of the Commonwealth by recognizing the projects, designers, and contractors that have achieved the highest professional standards in the planning, design, and construction of our state building projects.
