Government Services Program
The Government Services program works to ensure that Massachusetts' policies and practices are consistent with state and federal laws. This unit works with other facets of state government on behalf of the needs of people with disabilities to resolve problems before they turn to crises.
State House ADA Coordinators
This is the go-to person within the Executive Branch Entity to answer disability related questions from staff and citizens with whom the Executive Branch Entity interacts. In order to do this job effectively the person designated as the ADA/504 Coordinator must have knowledge of state and federal disability laws.
