BSB Operations oversees the operation of State Office Buildings under BSB management: monitors performance of and manages private contractors for cleaning, mechanical maintenance, grounds, pest control and life safety systems.

State House Operations oversees the operation of the State House: monitors performance of and manages private contractors for cleaning, mechanical maintenance, grounds, pest control and life safety systems; and sanctions, organizes and supervises all State House events and functions, working closely with personnel in the Legislative and Executive Branches. The office of the Director of State House Operations is located in Room 115 of the State House.

McCormack Operations oversees the operation of the McCormack Building: monitors performance of and manages private contractors for cleaning, mechanical maintenance, grounds, pest control and life safety systems. The office of the Director of McCormack Operations is located in Room 107 of the McCormack Building.
