Face-to-Face Mediation Programs Grants FY10
The Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General is pleased to announce the opportunity to renew funding for Face-to-Face Mediation Programs. Funding is available under the Local Consumer Aid Fund, created by M.G.L. c. 12, s. 11G. Grants will be awarded for the period from July 1, 2009 to June 30, 2010, for Fiscal Year 2010. All funds must be expended by June 30, 2010; unexpended funds must be returned to the Commonwealth. Eligible grantees include programs that attempt to resolve consumer problems through mediation, pursuant to M.G.L. c. 233, s. 23C.
The deadline for proposals has now passed. Award notifications will be made on or about June 3, 2009.
