Welcome to the Department of Revenue website. There is a phenomenal amount of information here at your fingertips — information that is vitally important to DOR’s administration of the tax, child support, municipal finance and health insurance laws of the Commonwealth, and to your understanding of what we do. You’ll find that DOR has important roles in the state’s economy, in the provision of quality and affordable health care for all, in making communities safer, and in partnering with cities and towns.
Underlying all this work is DOR’s commitment to communication and customer service. We take seriously our responsibility to all taxpayers, large or small, corporate or individual, to hear your concerns, complaints and comments. We may not always end up in agreement, but you will be heard if you make your voice known to us.
The DOR website provides individuals, businesses, parents, practitioners, and local officials with an array of information and online applications to address all their business needs with the Department. Individuals can manage their tax accounts and practitioners can manage client accounts using WebServices for Income; businesses can register, file and pay all of their state tax obligations using WebFile for Business; parents can apply for child support services using Child Support’s Online Tools; employers can file New Hire Reports using DOR’s New Hire Reporting System; and local officials can obtain Cherry Sheet Information, as well as manage fiscal finances using the Division of Local Services’ suite of Online Services.
