Quarterly Report Cards
The Executive Office of Housing and Economic Development (EOHED) is the cabinet-level secretariat responsible for issues related to job creation, consumer advocacy, business retention and regulation, and housing and community development. Simply stated, we focus our work on the creation of jobs and homes. Within the secretariat, there are the Massachusetts Permit Regulatory Office and three undersecretariats:
- the Department of Business Development,
- the Department of Consumer Affairs and Business Regulation, and
- the Department of Housing and Community Development.
The EOHED Report Card reflects the Patrick-Murray Administration’s focus on transparency and results. The Report Cards ensure that HED and our agencies are held to a high level of accountability. They also offer an opportunity to inform our key stakeholders about our progress (and determine areas where we should be working harder), further contributing to the transparency that is key to building partnerships with the legislature and citizens of the Commonwealth
