Site Finder Service
This complimentary service enables companies to find land or industrial, office, R&D, distribution/warehouse, or flexible space to meet their needs anywhere in Massachusetts. A customized real estate information packet is prepared for each company request.
How It Works
A phone call to MassEcon, e-mail, or to visit www.MassachusettsSiteFinder.com can start the process. After a company or its representative submits a Site Search Form containing information about the real estate requirement – from square footage and ceiling height, for example, to labor force requirements – a search will be performed throughout the state to identify sites that meet the company's criteria. Profiles of properties are transmitted electronically to the customer.
Advantages
The process allows companies the opportunity to obtain an overview of the market prior to engaging a real estate professional. The service can be helpful in coordinating site tours, conducting background research on real estate matters, and linking companies to appropriate resources throughout the state.
The Site Finder Service is free, confidential, and covers locations throughout Massachusetts.
Eligibility
Site finding services 
are available directly to companies seeking to relocate or expand in Massachusetts, or to a company’s exclusive broker. The company must be seeking industrial, R&D space, or a related use for a minimum of 10,000 square feet, or land to develop a minimum of 20,000 square feet.
