As the proprietor of the Commonwealth's workers' compensation system, we at the Department of Industrial Accidents (DIA) are committed to serving our constituents well and to making sure the system is as efficient and user-friendly as possible. ALL DIA OFFICES WILL BE CLOSED ON WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 11, 2009.
We will be closed for Veterans Day. We will re-open on November 12, 2009.
