2009 1099-G Form available online

You can print your 1099G form for tax year 2009 when you log in to www.mass.gov/dua/webcert.  The paper version will be mailed by January 31, 2010.  If you are not able to view your tax information online or have not received your tax form by February 5th, please call 617-626-5647 to request a copy. 

EUC III Benefits Passed in November 2009
January 26, 2010 Update

The January 26, 2010 checks for EUC Tier III benefits will be mailed on January 26th and 27th. Learn more about eligibility requirements and payment schedule for the additional EUC legislation passed in November 2009.

TeleClaims Peak Period: Increased Hours Through February 26

Monday to Friday: 7:00am - 6:30pm. Saturday: 8:00am - 1:30pm.
Closed on Saturday, February 13 for system upgrade. Open on President's Day: Monday, February 15.
