Post a Job
The Massachusetts Division of Career Services provides employers with several convenient ways to post new job openings.
|
![]() | Massachusetts law requires that employers with contracts funded in whole or in part by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) post Recovery-funded job openings online through JobQuest or contact a Business Services Representative at your local One-Stop Career Center. |
Work With A Local Business Services Representative
![]() | You can contact a Business Services Representative at a local One-Stop Career Center. There are 37 Career Centers located throughout the Commonwealth. |
Your local representative will meet with you to explain the wide range of business programs and services offered by your local career center and the Commonwealth, and how to access them, including pre-screening candidates, hosting career fairs and on-site recruitments, accessing training funds, participating in employer seminars, and more. To find a Career Center near you, go to www.mass.gov/careercenters.
This service is provided in partnership with local Workforce Investment Boards and One-Stop Career Centers.
Access Our Online Job Posting System

You can access JobQuest, our online job posting system designed to match employers with job seekers in the Commonwealth.
JobQuest offers you a convenient way to post new jobs, search our database for job seekers that match your requirements, and review resumes of qualified candidates. Additionally, you can learn about a variety of activities and workshops on topics such as employment law, labor market information, hiring trends, and more at Massachusetts One-Stop Career Centers.
When you post your jobs on JobQuest, you have the option of having your job postings sent to JobCentral, a national labor exchange.
You can also post your job openings directly with JobCentral. Your job openings will be downloaded nightly to JobQuest.
Important: Employers posting stimulus-funded positions must use JobQuest to post their job openings.
The JobCentral service is available through an agreement between the Division of Career Services and DirectEmployers Association, a non-profit association providing these services under an agreement with the National Association of State Workforce Agencies (NASWA).
