Pre-Transcript and Sec. 46A Conferences Will Be Conducted in All Regional Offices

RE:                Pre-Transcript Conferences and Sec. 46A Conferences Are Now Being Scheduled
                      in All Regional Offices

Beginning the week of August 3, 2009, both Pre-Transcript Conferences and § 46A Conferences will be scheduled monthly along with regularly scheduled Lump Sum Conferences on Fridays in the Fall River, Lawrence, Springfield and Worcester regional offices. 

Pre-Transcript Conferences and § 46A Conference schedules in Boston will continue to be held on Thursdays and Lump Sum Conferences on Tuesdays.
