ID Card E-mail

If you would like to email your photo to DAT please email: klevy@detma.org.  This should be a passport-sized print photograph or digital photograph in a JPEG (.jpg) format. The picture should be similar in composition to a driver's license photograph. Please put your first name, middle initial and last name in the subject heading of the email message.
