Division of Dispute Resolution

The Division of Dispute Resolution, under the supervision of Senior Judge Martine Carroll, provides the adjudicatory forum for contested workers' compensation cases. The Division assists in the voluntary settlement of cases. It also provides a fair and efficient system for the resolution of disputed cases, with the assistance of Conciliators and Administrative Judges. The Division consists of five units: Conciliation, Industrial Accident Board, Reviewing Board, Impartial Medical Unit and Operations.
