Apprentice Agreement

Related Instruction
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts requires 150 hours each year of related technical instruction, which must be mastered by an apprentice in order to successfully complete the program. Apprentices must coordinate with their place of employment prior to enrolling in related training. The listing of related training facilities provided is organized by region.
Sponsor Verification Information
A Sponsor Verification form is proof that a company has a valid apprentice-training program with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The original form (on state letterhead with a raised seal) is required at the time the bid is submitted, and each form is job-specific.
