Water and Wastewater Facilities RFP
This RFP is being issued to solicit design-build proposals from qualified, interested parties to design, procure, install, test, commission and provide related services for multiple solar PV systems to be owned and operated by municipalities or agencies of the Commonwealth at twelve designated public water and wastewater facility sites with an estimated aggregate electric generating capacity of approximately 4.1 megawatts.
