RPS Class I Statement of Application Form and Instructions
- Applicants for RPS Class I Statements of Qualification for Generation Units must use the newly revised RPS Class I Statement of Qualification Application form and instructions, 3/4/09 edition
. - The new RPS Class I SQA form and instructions are consistent with the new regulation that took effect on January 1, 2009, pursuant to the Green Communities Act of 2007. Almost the entire application form and many instructions are different from the December 2008 version, so read the two page instruction document carefully and also follow the instructions (in italics) in the form itself.
- Applicants and other RPS stakeholders are invited to identify ambiguities, inconsistencies, and errors in the new SQA forms and instructions, as well as to suggest further improvements. Note that the forms and instructions have the status of Guidelines, as that term is defined in the RPS Class I Regulation at 225 CMR 14.02.
RPS Class II Statement of Qualification Forms and Instructions
All applicants for RPS Class II Statements of Qualification for Generation Units must use the RPS Class II Statement of Qualification Application
(SQA) form and instructions dated June 26, 2009.
APS Statement of Qualification Application (SQA) Forms and Instructions for the new Alternative Energy Portfolio Standard (APS), including Combined Heat & Power (CHP) Units
- All applicants for APS Statements of Qualification for Generation Units must use the APS Statement of Qualification Application forms and instructions dated October 5, 2009. In addition, all applicants for Combined Heat & Power (CHP) under the APS must complete and submit the appropriate CHP System Information Data Sheets and all of the CHP Worksheets.
