Secretary Reville speaks to early education advocates

On Tuesday, May 5, Education Secretary spoke to the Community Advocates for Young Learners (CAYL) forum on strategies and best practices for advancing early education and care programs for children.  Secretary Reville spoke about the importance of building a strategic plan to help prepare young children for a future of learning.
