Emergency Assistance Program

On July 1, 2009, Emergency Shelter Services moved from the Department of Transitional Assistance (DTA) to the Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD).  Emergency Assistance (EA) for families and individual shelters are now managed by the Division of Housing Stabilization at DHCD.
