DHCFP Secure Payment Center
Welcome to the DHCFP Secure Payment Center. Providers and other users can now make secure payments online for various fees and DHCFP products and services.
Public Information Payments:
Payments for Public Information requests may be made through the Secure Payment Center.
Nursing Facility User Fee Payments:
Nursing facilities may also make secure online payments for their User Fees. To make payments online, you must be registered for INET, the Division’s web-based transaction service, and have access to the Nursing Facility User Fee web page. If you have already submitted User Fee forms online, there is no need to re-register; simply follow the Secure Payment Center link through INET. If you need to register for INET you must complete a user agreement and fax or mail it to:
