Get Involved: Volunteer!
The Office for Refugees and Immigrants (ORI) is looking for individuals who are willing to volunteer their time and talent at Refugee Resettlement Agencies to aide in the provision of services to refugees in need of intensive case management support, mentoring and family life skills and literacy training. These agencies serve clients from around the world including, Somali, Liberian, Meskhetian Turk and Burmese refugees (Please see www.unhcr.org to learn more about refugees). Volunteers are needed in the areas of intensive case management support, family life skills tutoring, literacy tutoring and child care support. Orientation and training will be provided for each volunteer.
