Initial Health Assessment/Refugee Health Assessment (RHA)
Through the Office for Refugees and Immigrants' Refugee Health Assessment Program, administered by the Department of Public Health, refugees receive a free linguistically and culturally appropriate initial health assessment. This enables the public health system to flag and treat any public health conditions and helps refugees to connect with the primary health care system.
