Diabetes Prevention and Control Program (DPCP)
The DPCP is a population-based public health program responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating public health prevention and control strategies to reduce disability and death related to diabetes and its complications. The program was established in 1990 and is funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
