Family Initiatives Unit
The Family Initiatives Unit provides oversight and leadership of initiatives to ensure family involvement in and a family-centered focus to all Department of Public Health, Division for Perinatal, Early Childhood and Special Health Needs (DPECSHN) programs. Family Initiatives provides multiple and varied opportunities for family members whose children have special health care needs to participate in the development and implementation of policies, programs and evaluation.
