Limited Service Clinics
At its meeting on January 9, 2008, the Public Health Council approved the limited services clinic amendments with additional changes to sections 105 CMR 140.1001(D) and 140.1001(L). The Department filed the amendments with the Secretary of the Commonwealth and expects the amendments to be published in the Massachusetts Register on Feb. 8, 2008, which will be the effective date of the changes.
