By now, all POS Providers currently doing business with EOHHS should have access to the Enterprise Invoice Management (EIM) and Provider Data Management (PDM) services on the Virtual Gateway. These and other services are helpful in reducing the administrative burden on both Providers and State Agencies. Access to PDM also facilitates the application process for Salary Reserve when it becomes available.
