A public hearing will be held by the Board of Building Regulations and Standards (BBRS) on December 8, 2009, at 1:00 P.M. , in the Ashburton Café meeting room on the lower level of 1 Ashburton Place, Boston, Massachusetts. The following proposed code changes will be discussed:
