Advisory Committee on Accessibility to Communications Services for Disabled Persons
In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 166, Section 15, effective February 1, 2009, the Massachusetts State 911 Department becomes the Administrator for the State disability programs. These include the Massachusetts Telecommunications Relay Service and the Massachusetts Equipment Distribution Program for people with disabilities.
Also included in this legislation is the formation of an Advisory Committee on Accessibility to Communications Services for Disabled Persons.
