2009 - 2010 Traffic Enforcement & Equipment Grant Program
All departments are required to complete and submit a grant application for funding, along with required attachments
- Traffic Enforcement & Equipment Grant Narrative
- Grant recipients are required to provide an in-kind (or soft) match during the grant period which represents a minimum of 20% of the total project cost. To determine your department's 20% federal in-kind match, EOPSS/HSD used the following formula:
(Maximum Funds for Six Mobilizations plus Equipment/.80) x .20
For example, if your community population is less than 10,000, your maximum grant award is $8,400 (see chart on page 6 of the Grant Application). ($8,400/.80) = $10,500 x .20 = $2,100. - Traffic Enforcement & Equipment Grant Application
