Greg Bialecki, Secretary of Housing and Economic Development, Sworn In Secretary Greg Bialecki is Governor Patrick's point person on Housing, Economic Development, and the state's innovation agenda.

The secretary works to focus the collective energies of the 14 agencies he oversees to provide economic opportunities for individuals and families, create strong communities, develop prosperous regions, and support technology and innovation throughout the Commonwealth.
