The Massachusetts Department of Public Health is working with the CDC and state and local partners to increase surveillance activities for possible cases of H1N1 flu (also referred to as "swine flu") cases in the Commonwealth. People who are in a high-priority group to get vaccinated should contact their health care provider to find out when they can schedule an appointment to get the H1N1 vaccine. Public health and school-based H1N1 vaccination clinics are expected in November and December, and will be posted at http://flu.masspro.org as they are scheduled.
