SERV is an employee benefit available to eligible employees in the Executive Branch who have at least six months of state service.
With supervisor approval, an employee may volunteer during regular work schedule up to one day per month at an approved Massachusetts non-profit organization (7.5 or 8 hours/month; pro-rated for part-time employees.)
