Executive Summary

The purpose of this document is to provide notice that the Attachment “Notice of ARRA Performance and Reporting Requirements” in Comptroller Memo #FY2010-05 has been updated to include several state related ARRA requirements as well as other ARRA related requirements from the federal Act.

Departments must ensure that the following attachments are provided to any contractor receiving ARRA fund unless this information has already been provided as part of a procurement, grant application or contract.

Notice of ARRA Performance and Reporting Requirements

ARRA JobQuest Job Posting Flyer

ARRA Section 1553 Whistleblower Poster

OSD will not submit these attachments to statewide contractors.  Each department issuing ARRA funds must notify the contract that ARRA funds are being used and provide these attachments.

If using the Standard Contract Form, an email or fax sent to the listed contract manager is sufficient to provide this notice.  (This notice does not have to be mailed.) Departments should have a mechanism in place to confirm the receipt of this notice by all contractors receiving ARRA funds.  Departments are encouraged to review the Recommendations Regarding Contracting Requirements with ARRA Funding .
