08/26/2009 - Treasurer Tim Cahill offers condolences to Kennedy Family
Statement from Treasurer Tim Cahill:
My family and I were saddened to learn of Senator Kennedy's death. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, friends and colleagues. His effect on my hometown of Quincy, the state of Massachusetts and the United States was significant, as was his ability to work with people from every walk of life. I was proud to cast my first vote for President for him in 1980, and many times for Senator thereafter. He will be sorely missed.
