204 CMR 10.00:
DISCRIMINATION BY CLUB LICENSEES
10.04: Exclusion
204 CMR 10.00 shall not prohibit:
(a) segregation of locker rooms and rest rooms on the basis of sex,
or
(b) distinctions on the basis of sex in the conduct of competitive sporting
events except that no such segregation or distinction may be used to deny
on account of sex reasonable overall equality of access to club membership,
activities of facilities.
