204-2.15: Commercial Clubs
(1) A Commercial Club is a holder of a Restaurant license under M.G.L.
138, s. 12, who has been granted written permission by the Local Licensing
Authorities and the Commission to restrict admission to the licensed
premises to persons who have paid an annual membership fee.
(2) A licensee may request, by application, written permission of the
Licensing Authorities and the Commission to operate as a Commercial

(4) Membership may not be denied on the basis of race, color, creed,
of national origin or sex.
