If you believe that a tobacco product manufacturer or retailer is violating the tobacco control laws, or that a participating manufacturer is violating the Master Settlement Agreement, you can bring your concerns to our attention by downloading and submitting a Tobacco Complaint Form:
Every complaint will be reviewed for appropriate action, but it is the policy of the Office not to comment upon pending investigations. Please note also that funds paid to the Commonwealth under the Master Settlement Agreement are not available to compensate private individuals for smoking-related illnesses.
