To provide the highest-quality services and access for all the Commonwealth’s residents, the Attorney General maintains an office in Springfield. Office staff includes attorneys, investigators, consumer specialists, and administrative staff. The Western Massachusetts office works closely with local community organizations to provide outreach and education programs on important consumer and public safety issues. 

Staff in the Western Massachusetts office will be able to:

  • Evaluate whether we can help you prepare or file a complaint;
  • Give you basic information about the law or your rights on issues of concern; or
  • Refer you to the appropriate community organization or other government agency which may be best able to provide assistance.
