Island Creek Oysters, Duxbury

Located in Duxbury, Massachusetts, Island Creek Oysters was founded by ‘Skip’ Bennett in 1992. Early on the company was barely able to supply enough oysters to local restaurants. Today, Island Creek Oysters has a team of twelve farmers and is one of the largest oyster companies in the United States -- selling about 120,000 oysters a week.
