Legislatively Directed Projects

Typically, each year the Aquaculture
Program is tasked with the development of projects or programs
that are specifically referenced in the annual appropriation (budget)
for the operation of the Commonwealth’s Agencies. These legislatively
directed projects commonly identify a specific task and/or program
that address a certain need within the Commonwealth. The projects
are legislatively directed projects that have been managed by
the Department of Food and Agriculture Aquaculture Development
Program.
