The Massachusetts General Laws, chapter 94A section 5 requires all milk dealers, as defined in section 1 of the same chapter, to be licensed. All with licensure, out-of-state milk processors must obtain a milk pasteurization permit and all milk processing facilities must have a milk plant permit. The Milk Marketing Program is responsible for maintaining such records. |
