Bureau of Dairying Bureau of Milk Marketing State Regulations State Laws	Bureau of Milk Marketing Producer Security Fund In the 1983 Acts Chapter 706, the Legislature established the Milk Producers Security Fund. This fund was established to protect dairy farmers from milk dealers who default on payments for milk already received.
