Fertilizer/Lime Registration

All fertilizer or lime products manufactured or distributed in Massachusetts must be registered with the Department of Agricultural Resources. A semi-annual Tonnage Report is required for the January 1st through June 30th, and the July 1st through December 31st time periods.

NOTE: The Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resources is now instituting a $25 per product late fee to all companies that fail to register their products by February 1st of each year.
