Effective January 1, 2006: The importation of the plants listed below is banned by the listed [Importation Ban] date. The one and three year propagation ban phase-out dates listed were allowed only for plants that entered the state prior to the importation ban date and that remained in the channels of trade within the Commonwealth. After the listed 'propagation ban' date the sale, trade, purchase, distribution and related activities for that plant are prohibited.
