Chapter 129: Livestock Disease Control Section 36F. The director, his authorized agent or a duly licensed veterinarian designated by the director may conduct such blood tests for brucellosis of all cattle imported into the commonwealth which are over five months of age, as will aid in the effective control of brucellosis.
