Chapter 128: Section 81. Minor violations; reporting.

Section 81. The commissioner or his representative shall not be required to report for prosecution, or for the institution of seizure proceedings if
there are minor violations of the preceding sections when he believes that the public interest will be best served by a suitable notice of warning in
writing.
