Chapter 128: Section 99. Purity and germination tests; fees; disposition.

Section 99. Any person residing or doing business in the commonwealth may submit to the director samples of seeds for purity and germination
tests subject to such rules and regulations as may be adopted by the director including a reasonable charge or fee for such tests. Receipts under this section shall be paid into the state treasury.
