Apple Cider Mills
With the apple harvest comes a favorite and traditional product known as sweet cider. It is made by wrapping apple mash in cloth and layering it onto wood racks. Fresh cider is unfiltered to retain its rich sediment and pulpy consistency. Cider makers strive to find the perfect balance between sweetness and tartness. Distinctive flavors are derived from blending juice from different apple varieties. A good source of potassium and iron, apple cider is pure with no sugar added.
